Hi, I have a customer with a Panasonic DBS576 single cabinet system. It has the voice mail cards installed in the flex slots. I cannot determine if the problem is in the Voice Storage Unit or the Voice Processing Unit. These cards don't seem to be available any longer. The system has no internal access to the voice mail system and outside callers cannot be transferred to voice mail. I am very unfamiliar with this system. Is there a voice mail reset to try before getting in too deep? Thanks in advance, NECTEC
