I am working on a Samsung iDCS500 with a SVMi-8 voice mail. I am trying to call forward no answer the main number to voice mail but it keeps sending it to the mailbox 500 which is the ring group. How do I send the call to the main greeting without the mailbox ?
Thanks

Personally I would ring the lines in on a different group say 501 and overflow that to the voicemail group.Delete the 501 mailbox/extension and that would work. The key is when the group overflows to the voicemail if there isn't a mailbox for it,it will go to the main greeting. If there is a mailbox it will enter that mailbox.
