Hello, A client of ours has an An Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE). Does this system have an external MoH port? If so, where is it excatly located? Is it an RCA jack, or a punch-down? If a punch-down, then which pair do you punch down on?
A second question: Does this system support storing and playing MoH audio files internally? If so, what is the supported file format and what are the steps to loading the audio files directly onto the phone system?
Thank you

Hi If you have commaon hardware you have to connect your audio device to GD board (audio-in) otherwise if you have crystal connect it to RMA box.
for second question you can change freely and store it in your PBX.actually your last question is not clear!!! regards.
