I have a customer that has a OS7200 and they would like incoming calls or calls to a specific extension forwarded to another extension in a currently networked OS7100 system. For example, calls ringing in on 701 or calls to extension 2102 getting forwarded to extension 2202 on the OS7100. My question is, is this possible and if so, how do I make it work. Thank you for looking at this.

Easy.

Set the remote station as the destination in trunk ring.
set the remote station as the destination in call forwarding.

What about making a phone at both sites ring at the same time? can this be done.

Unfortunately you cannot ring phones simultaneously on separate nodes.

to ring two phones change a group to the same number as the phone. and renumber the phone now when you call the phone extn you call the group instead. simply add the phone at the local site into the group and it will ring then in XXX add the full number off teh extension at the remote site you can now program it to the same group and when you call the group both phones will ring at the same time.
