changed out XTSc (dead unit) unit will not let you use the system speed, 9000 to 9019 works great. 9020 and up rings busy tom

You can only program system speed bin indexes from the attendant station which at default is x100.

I think it's always best to first go back to square one and try a manual entry using x100. Once you have the number in the speed bin, then assign the DSS button to the bin and see if that works. Its always possible you have a glitch in your WinDba download/upload.

Its possible that the two XTScs don't have the same software loaded as well.
