Hi
When I try and log in via ftp to make a backup it asks me for a username and password. Is there are default one or have I done something wrong? I've enabled backup and restore from hyperterm.
Thanks
Jonathan

Do you know if your svmi-20e, has a CF slot that is used on it? With a removable CF disk?
TimeWarner provides.

They may have the Hard Drive version, but still the same can be read with an external laptop HD reader just a little harder to get apart.

There is a default username/password, which is in the manual from memory.
If you have a terminal emulator (not telnet or putty) you can transfer files via xmodem to the vm and then use the inbuilt file manager to move them around to where they need to-go on the hdd/cf card (this means you don't need to shut the vm down at all and can be done remotely)
