Have a 7200 ver 4.70 with a svmi card
I can program everything except promts
Am I missing something ?

Don't make sense nameless I can program the v/m remotely on cant put new prompts on system when I try dm locks up wonder if there's a bug will call tech support tomorrow and will let people know the result

Can you view the activity log file? If not nameless is correct about the whitelist. By default FTP and Telnet are blacklisted for all Ip's not in ip management and the prompts and log files use FTP.

Yes I can see logs only thing I cant do is open voice studio
and upload voice prompts I did put my addy in dm whitelist made no difference. Waiting call from tech support now I know I can upload prompts local as I have done some already trouble is site is 2 hours away

Found the problem using my old 98 pc binary was blocking me
so now can upload prompts
