I am looking for any and all suggestions on this matter please. I have a SVMI 4E voicemail set up in a dr office. Guest mailboxes are setup for nurses who do not have desks. These nurses go months without deleting messages and then the storage unit becomes full. Normally messages and have to be deleted and then when maintenance runs at night, the problem resolves itself. Today the problem did not resolve itself. Looking for suggestions as to why this keeps occuring if anyone thinks it is for a seperate reason? And also wondering if anyone knows how to remotely run maintenance from calling into voicemail directly?? Any and all suggestions please, this office has moved and is now 3 hours away and I want to avoid having to drive out there if at all possible. Thanks for any help you can give....

Have you deleted the language folders you're not using on the CF card? getting rid of Spanish and French will help a lot along with periodically clearing out the temp folder. I've seen an entire CF full because of the temp folder alone, not too sure what it's for and maintenance doesn't effect it. Also read up on message retention which sets limits on how long saved messages can be kept.
