Here is the situation. I have a new customer that has a CIX 670 with a IVP8 R2 4 port voicemail. We are doing this for a church pro bono. They got the system from thier sister church for free and the job fell into our lap. The problem I am having is when a call comes in and it is transfered the extentions VM box will not answer. Only the Main AA Greeting will pick up. I have tried setting it up for DTMF and SMDI. Niether will work. When I call the VM hunt group it goes to the main greeting. I think the issue is with the VMID's. I have never worked on a toshiba before this. If anybody can tell me what the VM data and VM Port data should look like please Post or MSG me. Also is there anything that goes before the VMID or after? Thanks.

Make sure in Station>Station Assignments>Basic tab

22 = Voicemail Pilot number
19 = Voicemail box number

The Voicemail pilot Number is the hunt group (500) I created for the voicemail. The Voicemail box number is the ext# example ext 300 VMID is 300.

The call forward is set to go to the vm hunt group. It forwards to the hunt group but instead of the VM box the main AA greeting starts playing.

I'm having the same problems. Any chance of sending me the working vm data settings for this issue?
