Still home on crutches till surgery on the 31, but phone still rings.Customer with flash V.M. wants to outcall to a on call cell phone. Do i remember, set up one V.M. box not one of a inuse Ext. and under mailbox options, activate and enter cell #.Then if someone calls in for service, example, A.A says for emergency service dial 5 then the outcall picks a co line and calls the cell phone ??, is this close to correct/

I just transfer to a virtual extension forwarded to a speed dial bin.

I can't call out either. Receive "call restricted" message on display. Help. It happened after power outage. How to fix?
