If a subscriber calls in and the receptionist answers, what's the best way for the receptionist to transfer them so they can pick up their messages?
Transferring to 3999 is sort of inconvenient and it doesn't appear there's any digit you can dial when the subscriber's mailbox answers to pick up their messages.
Thanks.

If they have a PRI with DID numbers point the DID to voice mail, if they have analog lines, DIL the last number in the hunt to the VM pilot number otherwise the receptionist will have to transfer the subscriber to the systems voice mail pilot number

OR if the SL1100 supports it use Caller ID redirect to VM.

If a subscriber mailbox picks up dial ## then mailbox number. I knew that one but the customer didn't want the short wait between ##. Most of our other systems you can dial # or * when your mailbox answers to switch it to the user mode.
