Steve G. Member Joined: May 2010 Posts: 26 SF Bay Area	If you're patient, the old Radio Shack phone testers come up on eBay now and then. I've got one, and it gives talk power, ringing, rotary/tone dial testing and line/receiver cord testing. One sold for $50 three weeks ago.
