I programed the VT button with voicemail group number. When I try to transfer a call directly to a mailbox it goes to the main greeting. How do I get it to go to the mailbox ?

Only time you would get main greetings would be if you Havant got mailboxes for them extns

The extensions exist in the voice mail, when the auto attendant answers on a incoming call the caller can dial a extension and it transfers to the phone and if no answer it goes to the appropriate mailbox.

3 or 4 digit extensions?
Can you call the voicemail by dialing 529 at any phone?

They are 3 digit extension numbers and yes dialing the VM with 529 works
|

Possibly need to record the mailbox greeting aswell as no answer greeting.
