I have a cix100 with a contact inside. When you call an extension it will only go to the main greeting it won't id the extension and bring you to that users voicemail. In 579 voicemail data I changed the 92 and 91 to * and # From 11-14 are # and 15 is *. My system call forward is set to pilot 550? Anything I am missing??

VMID for each station ? program 200 FB 19

Yes it is but it's like it won't dial the # before the extension. So weird.

In the Perfect Voice I&M manuals it has all the settings for all the VM's
579 FB 11,12,13= # FB 14,15= *
580 FB1= inband FB2= enable FB3= B+ Ext number FB4= enable

Okay so I see a problem. 580 is coming up empty. How would I get it to populate my voicemail information.
