Hi all

can somebody please give me a step by step guide on loading professionally recorded prompts for the AA on a 7070 and also what format should the prompt be recorded in.

you are not going to get one buddie. I been looking for the same script for a long time till I deviced a another way. Connect the earpiece off your laptop via jack and onto the mouthpiece of your handset. Press play on the PC as soon as the audio instruction say RECORDING. There would be a lot of takes to it but I have been doing it for such at so many sites I can even do it blindfolded. Its very primitive but it works, the client pays and what a happy day it is to get that client's approval and ref!!!!

lol,normally do that, sorted out though, downloaded an audio converter,converted mp3 to ulaw and used voice studio to upload,trick is when uploading,you have to rename the converted file to prompt number.711 eg 1001.711 otherwise pabx will not accept it,same applies to 7030 but you have to convert to G726.
