We are at v8.2 are there any major hiccups going through to v11?

Interested in good and bad tells from other users that have upgrades.
any problems effecting users, or sets etc.

I've got one cust that I'm dealing with right now. We upgraded them fromm v4.4 to v11.010 on Sunday and the ARS has been screwed since then.

It is looking like we have some sort of corruption and will likely have to rekey the database.

Usually the ARS glitches occur when upgrading to v8, so you should have no issues going to v11.

Tellink,

Do you perform upgrades for people? Wondering if you could help me through it. I am internal IT but do not do this stuff for a living.

We are on veresion 5.3 and I would at least like to get to version 7.0 or higher so I can upgrade our phones. We use 4400s but 8500 series doesn't work properly till after version 7.0 I have read. I would have to buy a new CPU or CPC card correct?
