Recently I've gotten notifications on a couple of posts I could have helped out with, but when I try to open them, I get a notification that it is a UBB Message and that access is denied. Do I have a setting not checked that should be?

Can you paste the exact verbage of the message? We upgraded the UBB software last week and are still trying to discover all the new features.

This was the post I was trying to answer:
No need to reply to this email. Hi Ken B,
walleye398 created a new topic at Phone System Tech Support
You can view the post by clicking this link. The post contents are shown below:
walleye398: admin mailbox pwrd change We have a client that got their INTL hacked, not 011, but the Carribbean area codes. we reset all the mailbox passwords and restricted the voicemail extensions, but how do you actually change the F983 password? I know how to default it, but how do you change it after that?
This email sent to you because your profile and/or board configuration allows it. You may change your preferences at any time.
And this was the message I received when I clicked the link to respond:
UBB Message Access denied.

That topic got moved from it's original location to Installers, so that was why you're link didn't work.

Thanks for the insight - I've seen some posts about signing up for the installers forum - what exactly is this forum's purpose? I may be interested in signing up.

It's for those in the business who have industry questions. It's not intended for the end users.
There is a topic in General to request access to the forum.
