Hey y'all, I've got an odd one and I feel like I already know the bad news but wanted to ask the greater pool of wisdom before I freak out.
I've got a site with an XTS (migrated from a Triad, mixture of old battleship phones along with newer 30-button) and a blue dolphin voicemail. Their phones are rebooting 2-3 times a day, showing the OK SYNC message before they go back to working. I'm headed over there tomorrow to see if it's a power issue but suspect it's a failing MPB card. Any thoughts? And who is good for replacement processor cards if that's what's needed? I'm dreading buying one off eBay...

I bet it is either a failing mpb card or a bad UPS battery. Usually sta/line cards do not cause a reboot. Depending on the software revision you can get cards from some of us here or usedphones.com. I mention the software because 4.0 will not install on some of the older cards that had less ram.

Good to know. I'm 99% certain they're still on 2.23... Can't say I'll mind if I have to bump them up to FP3 or FP4, I inherited the customer from a vendor who didn't know much about XTS programming and tried to set them up with two tenant groups and it was truly a mess. I've sorted out most of it but I'd love to do a fresh re-programming of the whole kit.
Unfortunately there are a half dozen vendors in my area who claim to be Vodavi/Vertical certified but Vertical knows nothing about them - and the converse is evident by their work.
