I have a client with an Axxess v9 who uses the Axxessory Talk fax option. I've never done the 'fax thing' in all my years working on Inter-Tel systems so I was hoping someone here could lend a hand.
They currently have DIDs pointed for fax use. The calls get answered (meaning they ring once and then stop ringing) but there is NO fax tone. I see a red flashing light on the fax board but don't know if that's a good thing or bad.
Any suggestions? THX
