Have a customer site with about 40 installed Unified Messenger setups. (Axxess 9.002 with VPU running Windows 2000) All but one work as designed. All desktop PCs are the same with same OS (XP Pro - v2002, all using MS Outlook 2003 Small Business Edition. On this particular PC, the UM just stops working. Need to reload to get it to work again. Was happening about once every two months, now it is down to every two days. Ideas from the wisdom of the board?

When it stops working, most often voicemails stop coming into Outlook (and they are not coming in as waves either). UM software shows as loaded. Desktop PC continues to communicate with Exchange for other emails. Odd deal. 80% of the time I can just reload, and we are up and running again for a while. Sometimes I need to remove the UM from the desktop and then reload. It is always the same PC. And I'm having the same issue on another site. ONE PC out of 30 with the same OS / Outlook. Thanks.
