New hard drive arrived today. Installed it, backed up VM folder, did initial install. All mailboxes were present this time. Found the VM ports on the DXP and configured them. SO now when a call arrives the AA picks up and says something like invalid option. Ran trace and I can see the DPT is sending digits and the Keyvoice is seeing them as key presses so it plays the invalid option message. In night mode (activated on DPT with a button on main extension) the AA is getting a numeral 2. The trace showed (16) 3332=333,*,* successful. So in the RB if I put 801 in the 2 field I don't get the invalid option message. The systems says good evening then the greeting plays. But now neither the * or # functions will work. The system seems to interpret them now as invalid digits. They are defined as 9998 and 9992 respectively and those RBs do exist. If I press * or # 801 just plays again.

What is a DPT? Do you have a Key Voice Installation/Program manual?

I hear it's all fixed. Can't tell you how glad I am. I never would have figured it out. I wish I had found him sooner.
