I did that and it does not light up or take you into the mbx itself. It simply says enter your mbx#.
Thanks in Advance

Pretty sure that it can't be done on the 200 ICP. Does work on the 3300.

Well, there's a way to do it, but it's not elegant. Program up a single line port with ringer notification for message waiting. In your voice mail system, program the voice mail to turn on message waiting to that extension. At the extension where you want the indication, program up a key for that extension and allow immediate for the ringing. Since the single line port is set up for ringing notification on message waiting, that button will flash and ring until the message is retrieved. As I said, it's not elegant, but it does work.

If you're familiar with the Mitel message ring, it's not a regular ring, therefore, it's just annoying and not like a real incoming call ring. You can set the key up for no ring and the light will just blink.

if I am understanding you correctly you want a message button on a phone of another mailbox, if so you go to the phone you want the message button on expand the set and program that button/key as a "message" by going more more until you come to "message" and then put the number of the mailbox against that message key. I do this a lot for customers. When there is a message on the key you have programmed it will flash and you can just press it and it will go to the mailbox and viola you are in.
If this was a phantom or a single line set the key here is message waiting bell or lamp is required in the cos of the set you want to have the mailbox of, digital sets do not need message waiting bell or lamp in their cos.
