Hi, I am running Inter-Tel Axxess 9.002. None of my nodes updated the time yesterday. Do I need to be at a different version in order for the new DST settings to take effect? I have Enable DST checked and it's always updated the time in the past.
TIA!

You'll have to set it manually for the time being. The date has been changed, but the software still uses the old date.

There is updated software that will change the date at the proper time, if you have a service contract it may be covered.

Try Chronos - Atomic Clock Synchronizer V4.1. It's a free download. VPU is supposed to get it's time from CPS. It didn't work that way for me. The phones showed the proper time, but VPU was an hour behind. They seem to be synched now.
Microsoft doesn't support W2k anymore. So we had to find a 3rd party application. TZEDIT worked on CPS but not VPU. Go figure.
