I have an Soundstation IP 7000 that IS registered but having dialing out issues. If you dial "9" plus the number before going off hood then press the send button the call will go out no problem. However, if you press the speaker button first and go offhook, the phone will only let dial the first 9 digits and not the last 2 to complete the call. It just drops off and no complete call. Polycom says it's something to do with the PBX Digi-mapping....HuH? Can't find anything looking through manuals. Does your email you refer to answer this question? If so, could I get a copy Please. Samsung does not support any issues beyond registration.
Thanks

You need to look at the dial plan within the phones web interface.
Is not a Samsung issue, is a configuration issue and affects most if not all sip phones.

I'm also dealing with registering SoundStation IP7000 to OfficeServ. I get Unauthorised , Forbidden responses. OfficeServ "log" says: SIP REGISTER IP/TELNO Invalid

I'm trying with user name / pw as set in SIP phone information, whitelist is dissabled.

Other Sip client with this credentials is working.

These things can be a pain.

I had an ip6000 that worked fine for ages, then stopped and i couldn't get it working again, had to sw upgrade it, default it reprogram and then it worked.
