Trying to get Link and Dataview running on a Win Server 2008. Link seems to connect, then disconnect, then reconnects, then disconnects.
All necessary ports are open, sees the PC MAC, installed per manual, simply won't stay connected. Can't begin Dataview till this is up.
Any help out there ?

OS Link only works on 32 bit operating systems. If its running 32 bit,Check your CTI server address on the PABX.

Are you running 4.7? If so you'll need to put the ip range in the ip phone whitelist even if not running ip phones. I got caught by this with an ipums site I upgraded

Ver 4.60B
So far we've tried installing Link on 3 diff machines and OS's. Same result each time. I installed it on my XP and it went in perfectly. Support, of course, says to re-initialize. Got a problem with that. 50 phone system, running call center.
I believe that re-ininializing may be the cure for the common cold, as well.

You don't have Samsung Xchange do you? As it uses the same interface to the system as OS Link

I pulled my hair out on this on 4.7? software. It would connect, then disconnect. Management White List & Phone IP Whitelist. I'm pretty sure the 4.60b doesn't have that built into that software.

you should check with your Samsung contacts, a new product is just about to be launched in the US to replace the Dataview reporting.

I just upgraded to 4.92 on a 7400, lost Link. Samsung was no help.
Adding the link server IP to 5.13.10 and 5.13.11 and restarting Link did the trick.
