I have a phone that when I forward the calls to my cell phone it rings and am able to hear and talk to them. After 4 or 5 minutes the receptionist deskphone at the office starts to ring and she can hear us talking. If she hangs up we all lose the call. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can stop it from calling my receptionist. The version I have is 9.100

That is the unsupervised CO timer. Default is 5 minutes. After the timer expires, it conferences in the attendant.
Under Timers, change Unsupervised CO to 255 minutes. (max allowed).
