I just inherited a customer with a DK424 and Stratagy DK voicemail card. I have maintained DK424's for years but not the voicemails. I do not yet know what version of DK this customer has but I will need the software to access it. Any suggestions as to where to locate the software? I have the programming cable and manual. I have been in the phone business for 30 years but do not have direct access to Toshiba and the local Toshiba dealer will not work on older Toshiba's. That is good for me but bad for some customers.

I can say that I think you need to be careful with what admin software you use because if it has been upgraded to 3.X or 4.X you should use the UAdmin21. If it is the older version release 2 you have to use the 2N software. Something like that.

Just make sure the version of the software matches the version on the VM before you make any changes to the database.

Just what can you do with the admin software that you could not do from the 999 admin mailbox?
