Is there any third party call accounting software compatible with MBX?
Is there a way to get live SMDR reports for just the ACD groups?
Can the "monitor" port on the front the of MBX be used for this purpose?
We are upgrading an XTS to a MBX. The customer had ACD call accounting software on the ACD supervisors' computer. I'm beginning to think the supervisor is going to be very unhappy.

Hansen Software Corp (HSC) has a call accounting/recording package called CASH+. You might want to look at their website. https://www.hansensoftware.com/
