Anyone have any experience with Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) using Inter-Tel's OAI API?
Still trying to figure out what the .NET code looks like to do an Agent Login to all hunt groups. That is, we're trying to emulate the manual (keyset) steps of: FeatureCode+326 (code for agent login), #key (logs agent into all huntgroups), AgentID.
Wouldn't mind some help on logging out either... FeatureKey+327

Not sure if you're still having the problem, but i have done this with the OAI API in Java. The API comes with some sample code that already made a connection to the system and performed some commands, and was pretty easily modified. If you would like to see some of what i have done, message me.
