Has anyone else had issues with people utilizing the CS100 to make International Calls. Are they using the Off Premise Reach Me feature to do this? The IT vendor has external WAN addresses blocked except for ours. Is there a way to disable the Modem on the CS 100? I have disabled Ext Fwd, Ext Fwd Toll and Trunk to Trunk transfer for all stations. Any other recommendations? My fear is someone with Master Tech or Mfg Level access is hacking into the system.

Why not change the default passwords ?

Yeah as Steve said change the default passwords and any user/guest/notification mailbox password.

We have started doing that as we are seeing that happen on older Keyvoice type voicemails as well. Make sure to change the admin password as well.

I believe you can also change the LG message notification tries to use. Give it one that is not available if possible.
