I am adding a chassis to a already existing UX. I have the correct licenses for the extra ports but for the life of me can't get the new chassis to show up. Lights are green on both cards between systems but the new card that is in the new chassis just keeps a solid red and green light. Have restarted system and still no fix. Any help would be great.

The processor may need the memory board on it.

Have you defaulted the system to see if that fixes it then re-upload the database?
