I just installed a partner messaging R7 in an ACS R5. They want the AA only at night. I set the VMS hunt schedule to night, assigned the lines to AA1, set the controller for weekly business schedule and programmed the business schedule. I also
assigned the lines to trunk grp 7. It didn't turn on at 5pm. Did
I miss something? Thanks

Remember that the business weekly schedule only controls whether the day or night menu plays........ how, if and when it picks up is controlled by the ACS.
