Hey all!
I have a customer that has a failing 4-Port Interchange 12.0 machine. We have the new machine, and the software at hand. I am a bit rusty at this step, since our customers NORMALLY just replace the entire machine rather than go thru the steps of rebuilding and archiving.
Basically, I need to know...once the card is installed, are there any settings that I might be missing (for instance, are there any configurations I need to be aware of for the software to "see" the card?)
Also...once this step is complete, "rescuing" the messages and prompts? I have the entire C:/VM folder available.
Any ideas??

You'll have to configure the voice card and set the appropriate service interactions. If you stay at 12.0 and you have the old VM folder then you can rescue the old greetings and messages.
