I have an 800 cabinet with an 8drcf card. My problem is dialing into the modem. I have managed to find a jumper combination that gives me a modem tone dialing 7070. The modem port ia 0-1-26. But on dialing in I cant get a hand shake. Currently I have JP4 off JP5 on, JP9 off, and JP8 on.
I have looked on the Tadiran website for a card configuration for the 8DRCF and only found a version 16 Aeonix layout which wouldnt work for me. The system is a version 15.35.

Are you a Tadiran certified tech for that system? I know teh new website is messed up for manuals.

I have been certified since 96.
Update: I have managed to get modem tone by setting jumpers 4 and 8 to to off and 5 and 9 to on but I cant get the modem to connect at any speed.

Check your terminal settings in the Coral for that modem. You might also have a bad EPROM on that card. I have found sometimes you have to go down a version depending on the version of the card/software. This a new install or upgrade? Has it worked before? Have they switched to a VOIP PRI?
