I am trying to check messages remotely i setup short code *17 "?u. when i dial *17 it prompts me to enter mbox i enter 202 then it asks for password,i dont have password in mbox settings what am i doing wrong

You MUST set a password to be able to check it remotely. The first time you log in, there is NO password, so just press #, and follow the prompts to set a new password, and record your name.
