IP Office configured as a Partner, how can you access remotely and change the emergency greeting. Thanks Tony

Off the top of my head, there is no temporary or emergency greeting in IPO (even basic/partner mode)

Morning Mongo, under (rel 9) there is a emergency greeting under configure profiles in AA setup. I can put a message in there and activate and deactivate it from a station but shouldnt I be able to do the same from remote which Im unable to get work. Thanks for your help in the past. Tony

I believe the emergency greeting is recorded with 7861 (partner mode). You need a system password setup to change it remotely.

Right I have the password which you also need if you program on site. I can program on site but I cant seem to get in remotely did I miss a step

In the Auto Attendant area In the Setup Auto Attendant Actions (aka Selector Codes) Select a digit or * or # Click on the drop down arrow in the Action column Select Transfer to Emergency Greeting Apply and Save it.
When you call in, press the Key you set for this and follow the prompts.
