My company has just installed a Poltys server on our Pana TDE600 and formed a new 10 person call center (part of 60+ phone company). We have already started to run into issues. Most problems seem to be limitations on the PBX end, and not the Poltys "CTI" end.
Is anyone running a successful Panasonic call center? Care to discuss any technical difficulties you ran into when implementing? THANKS!

Funny you ask this question as I (and guessing most other installers here) just got an "e-vite" from my Panasonic rep to a Poltys workshop this morning...
Can you be a little more specific regarding the issues you're experiencing? Why hasn't your dealer/installer been able to work them out?
