Hi,
I have this TD816 v1 here that has the time not advancing. I recall having seen this same issue in the past, but the clock ended up starting up eventually (did I power down or just waited? I don't remember). Has anyone seen this problem? What can be done to fix it?

That usually means the clock crystal has gone bad  Unfortunately I think your cheapest option will be replacing the KSU.
