I am trying to help a friend here in Cincinnati Ohio move his small business, and after setting up his computer network he asked me to take a look at the phones. He has a WIN 36D that he brought with him from the old building and I would like to ask if someone in this community might have a copy of the wiring diagram or installation manual for this. I would like to help my friend out but have never wired a pbx.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you may provide.

Peace be with you.

Ok found this https://www.tieronetelecom.com/phon.../files/Win/36D%20install-prgm/Win36D.pdf and it appears to have all the programming stuff but I don't quite understand the chapter 3-15 section about the connections. The box appears to have 4x RJ45 connectors two on the back board and two on what looks like an expansion card. It also has 2 RJ25 connectors on the back board. I can't tell what are input jacks and what are output jacks.

A while back, I acquired one of these systems from a restaurant equipment auction. It is now fully functioning in my restaurant. Along the way, I was forced to decipher the above manual. Though I haven't made it very far in regard to the system programming, it is working quite well. It is reliable and always on. Hopefully you find some of this information helpful, as I agree with Cashel - 3 through 15 are a little tricky. Took me a while to get it sorted out. The following are hosted on my business server: https://www.home-skillet.com/_win36d/my36dguide.pdf and https://www.home-skillet.com/_win36d/win36dmanual.pdf . My guide is first, and the actual manual is second. This should alleviate some headache. Good luck!
