I have a Soundpoint 650 that seems to have lost all of its configuration files. It shows "updating sip_323.ld" on the display but never goes any farther. I have been trying to download files from the Polycom support site, but the phone keeps responding that the file is not compatible. Anyone know how I can get this phone to a basic "out of box" state?

Have you tried resetting to default in the QSetup menu?
