Had same problems, port forwarded remote side also according to NEC
practice from NTAC, worked Ok.

Customer in Regus office Suite and have no access to there Firwall. Not an Option

Make sure ALG is disabled in your router settings.

15-05-47, 48 looks like was the fix. I was raising it, I had to lower them
