We lost our stratagyES card couple weeks ago and had no backup . We have two main phone numbers and one was routed directly to a certain ext, bypassing the system greeting. That worked before we replaced the card, but now both numbers are routed through 990. How can I get that set up again?

You might have the DID number going directly to the extn number in the DID programming. Or if it was targetted directly to the voicemail then it would have gone straight to a mailbox that transferred it to the extension directly. Not sure why that would have been done but after you changed the voicemail it has stopped working so I presume it was programmed through the voicemail. Look at the 2 DID numbers do they have a VMID programmed for them?

I think that is the way it was set, the DID targeted a mailbox that had an instructional greeting which allowed caller to choose destination. Thank you for the tips.

Ive got the number to ring the correct vm box,2362 with a DID. The caller hears greeting 1 on 2362mb with the option to dial 1 or 2. Option 1 is suppose to ring 2362ext so the operator can answer but right now it just loops back to beginning of 2362 greeting1. Will this setup work or does the ext with greeting on it need to be different than the operators? Option 2 goes to a different ext and it transfers fine.

so you have 2362 under the menu option 1? if you have then this will just loop back to mailbox 2362 and then play the instructional greeting again.
if you put a different mailbox into menu option 1 for eg 900 then create a mailbox 900 and set the "store messages" to off and the "DND" to off then put the @F-2362-H into the extension field. This will transfer the call to 2362 without playing any greetings.
hope that works for you..
