Plantronics replaced 4 new M22 base units that went bad (no mic audio) and the replacements themselves have failed after 1-2 weeks. My customer's M12 bases are fine. Only the M22s have died.
I suspect static electricity. We had 50 days with temps in the negative digits (Fahrenheit). Has anyone else experienced M22 failures lately?
FYI: These are all on a Vertical SBX system.
