I saw one similar to this in a welding shop, years ago, when an employee took an actylene torch to a B block because the phone kept ringing and it was annoying him. This terminal had the metal cover on it and was covered with fireproof fiberglass cloth that somehow got removed. Still a stupid place to put a terminal. I replaced it to get things working and recommended moving it. Trump 2020 Proud 1 star member.
