Hello all, I have a BCM200 w/3.6 sw that if a call is forwarded to the VM it drops as soon as the VM answers it. If you do a Feature 986 to any mailbox, it goes right in and records the message. All other functions on the system are working. The mailbox keycodes are installed and the system has been power cycled. My thoughts is a bad port on the VM but how do I disable a VM port or even know which port? Any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks

I thought the same thing but for the fact that the network is working and everything else on the VM works but call fwd to the VM. If the HD is bad normally neither one of those work.I think it is a VM port issue but how to check that? Feature 986 works every time and customer can retrieve the msg.
