Customer needs a headset button on new ext. Other phones already have headset buttons. In User Guide it says to Press ITCM **1, then blank programmable button, then 94, then Tras?Conf button and hang up. After pressing programmable button the displayed queries for a "Line". If I ignore this and enter 94, it merely activates Line Group 1 (dial 9 from the 94). What am I missing??

ITCM **1,press the blank button you want to be a headset, dial 94, then press speaker.
