Hello,
I have uploaded 128kbps, 8000Hz wav files for voicemail menu prompts into a 7030, w/v4.60b software. They play properly, with the exception that at the end of the prompt, you hear a loud distorted noise. This happens for every prompt. Playing the wav file using other audio players doesn't produce that sound at the end. Has anyone encountered this?

I've had it happen on 7100's, it's like a loud click/pop. Go into admin, edit prompts, review the prompt and hit 4 to trim, then use the options to trim from the back.
Edit: for really long prompts like ones used for MOH this does not work, sometimes the VM makes a clunk when transitioning to the beginning.
