Can someone advise on how to set up blind transfer to an extension on MEM? The ext is CFA to a speed dial bin number that contains 9 + 7 digit number. (We are doing an external transfer from the AA menu) It does not work and we have tried everything else on MEM and this is about the only item that we have not looked at.

The MEM does a blind transfer by default. When it transfers to a regular ext, and the outside callers hears ringback tone, then it's set for blind transfer. For you application, make sue the MEM ports are allowed to make outgoing calls (i.e.COR, room restictions). Also, make sure the port's COS has option 245(speed dial) enabled.
