Our system: Inter-Tel Axxess 5000, using database 11.004, DB Studio 1.67 version
One of our staff are receiving some 'harassing' type calls now and then and she asked if I can set our system to block the specific phone number so it can't get through. Although I don't know for certain, I told her I would check to see.
Is there a way we can do this?
One of the problems is, this caller will bypass her direct dial number and call our main office number so the Receptionist will forward the call to her cell. She has blocked the caller's phone number on her cell phone but that doesn't stop the caller from getting through by calling here and being transferred.
I have contacted our phone service carrier as well but haven't heard back as yet to see if they can help. Option 2 is for her to call the authorities or get a cease and desist if it doesn't stop.
Any help is appreciated.
