When someone leaves a voicemail for someone it takes about an hour for it to register and display on the Desk top. When I look into the User vmail profile I see the "New Messages" go from "0 messages for a total time of 0 minutes" ti "0 messages for a total time of 1 minute" yet an hour later the message light appears on the phone and it then says "1 message for a total time of 1 Minute" this just started last night system wide. I restarted the VM Server Control with no luck and see no errors in the log files. Any help?? Thanks in advance

Daylight savings time issue.
The time in the PBX and VM is in mismatch because of DST.
Turn off the DST adjustment in the PBX and manually change the time on the PBX, then reboot the VM.
It's a bug.

Haven't seen a DST issue with the UM8000 since the very old software versions. You're correct it has been a problem in the past. Usually if we come across it I just tell the customer to hold down the reset button on the UM800 until it reboots and all is well. The software versions of UM8000 sold over the past few years have had no problems.. Mind you I think we only sell the UM8000 on the SV8300 these days as the InMail does everything so well..
